Flip it, Flip it good
Saturday, October 22, 2011
As promised, here is the easy way to work a playfield.
A playfield rotisserie saves the day as well as time. This homemade (thanks dad) tool has proven itself very useful.
You can flip the playfield around to reach underneath very quickly. Even if you don’t flip it upside down, it allows quick access to view what is going on underneath. The height that it puts the playfield is also great. No more tired back from constantly bending over to reach inside the cabinet.
I have also mounted a power strip on the backside of the yellow panel to plug things into. This gives me a great spot to plug in a soldering iron.
The plastic on the floor is to save the carpet from dirt and debris that falls off while working on the playfield.
The playfield resting on the rotisserie. It couldn’t be flipped upside down at this point. It isn’t secured yet.
